Welcome to Chrystal Ridge, East Bay Township’s newest Condominium Development

Chrystal Ridge is an exclusive development featuring only 22 available homes sites. But that is just the beginning. This development is very different from others in the area in a number of unique ways. From the initial planning stages to the pre-construction meeting we decided that we were going to do a few things ‘out of the norm.’ One of the most noticeable, at first glance, is the number of homes, or lack of, for that matter. Although this development allows for up to 35 homes, we decided to only build 22. Why?? That is because it was not our goal to simply build a subdivision, but it was our goal to build a lifestyle. In every detail, from our home design to the paved walking path and rain garden area, we wanted to build elements of a sanctuary. Where homes could have been built, we created a community walking path so that residents could take a stroll around the pond on a summer’s evening or where they could watch the sunset or view the waters of the bay.

Sustainability

Now you may be wondering “What is that?”. In short, it means planning a development and implementing engineering and design that has a minimal affect upon our environment, society and future generations. It means we’re taking extra steps to protect air and water quality as well as the land.

How are we doing this….

One of the most noticeable design elements in our development is what is called a Rain Garden. When it rains, pollutants such as asphalt particles from roofs, oils from roadways, and fertilizers flow into our lakes and rivers. By diverting this storm water run off into a properly designed bio-retention pond or Rain Garden these pollutants can be filtered and kept out of our lakes and rivers, preserving them for future generations.

Another element we use is Energy Star approved materials such as high efficiency furnaces, windows and green building principles that help eliminate waste and preserve our natural resources. All of these principles help to increase indoor air-quality and reduce green house emissions.

Lastly, you know all those drywall scraps that you see in the dumpster when the drywall contractors leave?? Did you know that drywall is an all nature material and can be ground on site and mixed into the soil to help maintain a healthy PH balance, in addition to saving on dumpster fees and land fill usage?

But not only that….

We then took this same design spirit into the home to create a sense of luxury and lifestyle. The moment you step into our homes you realize that something is definitely different here from the arched hallway opening, tile shower, country style covered porch and walkout back deck. Where else could you find all that and more at an affordable price?? But like we said, we wanted to do things a little ‘out the norm.’ As you enter this home you will simply love the volume of the vaulted ceilings and you will fall in love with the kitchen. The arched entries to the bedrooms will make you feel rich and the master suite will make you feel like you’re on vacation. The double sinks, huge walk-in closet, tile shower and spa tub will give you more than enough reasons not to leave anytime soon…so don’t; stay home and invite your friends and family over, there’s plenty of room. The living room, dining and kitchen were designed for entertaining. The kitchen and dining area is inviting with its simplistic design and wrap-a-round bar area, and the living room beckons you to sit, talk and enjoy the cozy fire. If that’s not enough, take it outside. The deck that flows off the living room is perfect for evening cookouts and the covered porch is perfect, for, well, just about anything, especially relaxing.

Have your cake and eat it too!!!

One of the things that make us so different is our flexibility. We have numerous upgrade options available from finished basements to an outside hot water faucet for washing the car in the late fall or early spring. Don’t see it on our options list, then just ask.

And lastly, we take care of nearly everything. Tired of cutting the grass and shoveling snow?? We take care of it. Tired of exterior home maintenance?? We take care of that, too.

Yea, we did a few things ‘out of the norm,’ but we think you’ll like it.
