Here is a Job that Pathway Homes is just finishing up and we are very proud of.This is the ole' Amour Estates on Long Lake that was originally built in the 20s.
In the past 4 months we have re-shingled the entire home, 250 plus square and rebuilt, capped and/or restored 14 original wood burning fireplaces!!! In addition we have restored over 350' feet of log siding, rebuilt and custom milled from chucks of cedar over 100 plus feet of overhangs, restained and repainted nearly every square inch of the exterior, installed over 200 feet of copper valley and flashing, restored the beauty and splendor of the bell tower. Along with all of that we rechinked hundreds of inches of chinking, installed outdoor accent lights, restored the driveway, installed new concrete steps, rebuilt a boulder wall, installed an irrigation system, transplanted over 8 35' tall maple trees and Hemlocks, restored and landscaped the backyard and a punch list of other items. But it doesn't stop there because of our quality and hard work Pathway Homes is being retained by the owners as the project manager to continue to handle all current and future maintenance needs associated with this wonderful historical property.
